Chris Yager CPA Joins as Stonehaven’s CFO and Partner

We are proud to announce that Chris Yager, CPA as the CFO and a Partner of Stonehaven.

Christopher Yager is a Partner and the CFO of Stonehaven LLC. Mr. Yager is responsible for overseeing all financial aid and accounting functions of the Firm. Mr. Yager has extensive experience in broker-dealer specific accounting, finance, operations, and regulatory reporting as well as treasury management and forecasting and analysis. Prior to joining Stonehaven, Mr. Yager was a Director at Moelis & Company where he was responsible for all accounting, finance and reporting requirements of the regulated broker-dealer business. In addition, he managed a firmwide annual revenue stream in excess of $1 billion, oversaw the Firm’s treasury management functions and provided critical reporting metrics to the Firm’s management team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yager was a Senior Manager within the Financial Control Group at Morgan Stanley and before that, he began his career in public accounting at McGladrey & Pullen. Mr. Yager has a B.S. in Accounting from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds the Series 27 registration with FINRA, and earned the Certified Treasury Professional certification.
