Christopher Gentry of CG Debt Capital Markets, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform.

We are excited to announce that Christopher Gentry, Managing Member of CG Debt Capital Markets, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Christopher Gentry is the Managing Member of CG Debt Capital Markets.

CG Debt Capital Markets is a capital markets advisory firm with specialty in arranging and placing commercial debt, including senior secured bank debt, non-bank ABL, leveraged cash flow term debt, subordinated debt, and unitranche credit facilities. Since shifting to debt capital markets advisory from direct lending, Mr. Gentry has led or co-led over 40 debt placements totalling $1.3 billion.

Prior work included a Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Monroe Credit Advisors, an affiliate of Monroe Capital, where he led or co-led 28 debt placement engagements totalling over $650 million of committed capital.  Mr. Gentry accumulated 12 years of direct lending experience with Fleet Capital, BankBoston Business Credit, and Sanwa Business Credit, gaining credit experience in underwriting, portfolio management, workouts, and business development.

Mr. Gentry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Arizona State University, where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha.  He played two years of NCAA Division 1 football at Western Illinois University before transferring to ASU.

Mr. Gentry is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, SFNet, and Turnaround Management Association.

Mr. Gentry holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations with FINRA.
