David Porzio of Danu Capital Partners LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that David Porzio, Managing Partner of Danu Capital Partners LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. David Porzio is the Managing Partner of Danu Capital Partners. 

Danu Capital Partners provides scalable, capital-efficient growth solutions for infrastructure and security-focused companies. As demand for resilient infrastructure and security solutions grows, companies in energy, materials science, cybersecurity, and advanced infrastructure require capital strategies beyond traditional venture funding. While equity financing drives early-stage innovation, many businesses can scale more efficiently through non-dilutive and structured capital solutions.  

Our capital markets and structured finance platform provides tailored capital formation services, helping portfolio companies and sector-aligned ventures secure growth capital while preserving equity. Our focus areas include infrastructure (data canters, energy, cyber, water), real estate, aviation, aerospace and defence. 

Mr. David Porzio is an investor and operator with deep experience across early-stage and growth companies. He is currently a Venture Partner at Danu Venture Group, a venture capital firm investing in breakthrough technologies that enhance the resilience of physical and digital infrastructure. 

Previously, Mr. Porzio was Director of Early-Stage Investments at MDC Ventures, where he led investments in high-growth startups. Before that, he served as Chief of Staff at MDC Partners (now Stagwell, NASDAQ: STGW), working closely on M&A and strategic initiatives that helped grow the firm’s market cap to over $1.5 billion. 

Following his time at MDC, Mr. Porzio was VP of Product & Growth at mindbodygreen, where he led product development and revenue expansion initiatives. 

Mr. Porzio began his career in the Private Equity and Real Estate group at Paul Hastings LLP. 

Mr. Porzio holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. 

Mr. Porzio holds the Series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.
