We are excited to announce that Mr. Howard Abrahams has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Founder and President of Morewood Capital, LLC.

Howard Abrahams is the Founder and President of Morewood Capital, LLC and Morewood Funding, LLC.

Morewood Capital, LLC, which is engaged in capital raising for funds, SPVs, and direct investments.

Mr. Abrahams is also the Founder and President of Morewood Funding, LLC which arranges working capital for businesses that are unable to obtain financing from conventional lenders such as banks. Lending facilities are typically collateralized by accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, purchase orders, real estate, or revenue. Loan sizes range from $1mm to $20mm across all industries and geographies.

Prior to founding Morewood Capital, Mr. Abrahams worked in Business Development roles with various companies like Man Investments, Perella Weinberg, Vida Capital, and Manorhaven Partners. Earlier, Mr. Abrahams was a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer, and UBS. He has spent 25 years sourcing investors for complex investment strategies.

Mr. Abrahams holds a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University.

Mr. Abrahams currently has series 7, 3, and 63 with FINRA.
