Jameson Pugh of Pivot Capital Partners, LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Jameson Pugh, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Pivot Capital Partners, LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Jameson Pugh is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Pivot Capital Partners, LLC.

Pivot Capital, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is an integrated M&A advisory and investment banking firm, with a core focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises, and management consulting.

Mr. Pugh helps to spearhead Pivot Capital's M&A and Capital Markets team. Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Pugh focuses his attention on developing relationships with owners, management teams, and key networking partners across all of Pivot Capital’s core industry verticals.

Mr. Pugh brings over a decade of entrepreneurial, advisory, and investment banking experience to the Pivot Capital team. Prior to Co-Founding Pivot Capital, Mr. Pugh founded H&A Capital Group, a boutique M&A firm, focused on pre-transactional consulting and fractional CFO services. During his time with H&A Capital, Mr. Pugh worked closely with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses on growth strategy and pre-transactional advisory, across various industry verticals. Mr. Pugh helped to guide and educate his clients through the M&A and Capital Raise process as well as helped to define what a successful transition meant to the client.

Mr. Pugh graduated from Auburn University, where he received a Bachelors in Finance and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Prior to Auburn, Mr. Pugh attended Troy University where he was a member of the Division I baseball team.

Outside of work, Jameson enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and attending Auburn Athletics sporting events.

Mr. Pugh holds the Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 registrations with FINRA.
