Jay Mehta of Karm Global Investors Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Jay Mehta, Investor Relations Partner of Karm Global Investors, LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Jay Mehta is an Investor Relations Partner at Karm Global Investors, LLC.

Karm Global Investors, LLC specializes in fundraising across India’s public and private markets.

Mr. Mehta is a seasoned capital markets professional with over 15 years of experience in equity sales, research, and corporate relationship management, with a particular focus on Indian equities. He has built a career advising hedge funds, long-only managers, and institutional investors across Asia and the U.S., developing deep relationships that provide a meaningful edge in the investing world.

Most recently, Mr. Mehta served as a Director of Global Equity Sales at Bank of America, where he specialized in Asia-focused research sales, advised hedge funds and institutional investors, and maintained key ECM relationships with U.S.-based funds. He was consistently recognized as a top AlphaCapture contributor, delivering +244% net performance since 2019, and played a critical role in global IPO and private placement planning.

Previously, Mr. Mehta held senior equity sales roles at IIFL Securities and Alchemy Capital Management, where he marketed Indian and regional research ideas, coordinated analyst and corporate roadshows, and advised global funds on investments into India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He began his career in equity research at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Mehta earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

Mr. Mehta holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
