Jeff Cianci of Marvista Capital LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Jeff Cianci, Managing Director of Marvista Capital LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Jeff Cianci is a Managing Director at Marvista Capital, on the Stonehaven platform.

Marvista specializes in advisory and corporate finance for lower middle market growth companies. We provide strategic advice for startups through Series companies and connect our clients with sources of capital that range from venture capital and private equity firms to family offices. While industry agnostic, most of our work has been in the technology, cleantech, industrial, materials, consumer, and business services sectors.  With our deep analytical background, we help companies build models and budgets and prepare unique marketing materials that our investor base finds very useful.

Mr. Cianci has over 30 years of Wall Street experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and equity research. Most recently, he was in a similar role at Pickwick Capital, and prior to that, Mr. Cianci spent over 20 years at large Wall Street firms, at UBS Investment Bank, and as a Senior Managing Director in equity research and capital markets at Bear Stearns, where he specialized in stock research for industrial, material and technology companies.

Mr. Cianci earned an MBA in finance from Columbia University, an MS in chemistry from the University of Miami, and a BA from New College. 

Mr. Cianci holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 86 registrations with FINRA.
