We are excited to announce that Mr. Jeff Radov has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as President of Affiliate Partner Group, Walworth Group, Inc.
Mr. Radov is an entrepreneur and businessman with 45 years of experience in media, communications, and financial endeavors.
Mr. Radov is the President of Walworth Group, Inc., providing consulting and advisory services primarily to small- and medium-sized businesses. Walworth Group also acts as a third-party marketer for hedge funds and private equity funds. While industry agnostic, Walworth Group has served clients in media, entertainment, and Internet companies, financial services firms, and operating companies ranging from component manufacturers to the construction industry. Walworth Group raises capital and advises on mergers and acquisitions. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Radov has raised money from private investors, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and public investors.
As a fund manager and advisor, Mr. Radov has raised capital from high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and public offerings. Mr. Radov has managed funds with over $1.5 billion of AUM. In addition to his capital raising activities, Mr. Radov has been an advisor or Board member to companies ranging from biotech startups to an Israeli technology incubator. He has been the COO of two groups of hedge funds. He also was a Founder-in-Residence at a venture capital fund backed by Canaan Partners, Rho Management, and Sevin Rosen Funds.
Mr. Radov was a founding investor in an educational technology company that was sold to Houghton-Mifflin. Mr. Radov was CEO and Co-Founder of VocaLoca, Inc., an innovator in consumer-generated audio content on the Internet. Mr. Radov was a founding executive of About, Inc. and was its EVP of Business Development and CFO from its inception until it became the 6th busiest Internet property and completed its initial public offering in 1999. About merged with Primedia (NASDAQ: PRM), was acquired by The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT), and now is owned by IAC (NASDAQ: IAC) and rebranded as Dotdash.
Mr. Radov was previously a Director at Prodigy Systems Company, a joint venture of IBM and Sears. Mr. Radov was a principal in the management of a series of public limited partnerships that invested over $800 million in the production and in distribution of more than 130 major motion pictures. Those public offerings were distributed through Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber, and Smith Barney, had over 35,000 investors, and funded films distributed by Sony’s Columbia Pictures and TriStar Pictures. Mr. Radov previously held positions at Rainbow Programming, a joint venture among Cablevision Systems Corporation, Cox Broadcasting, and Daniels & Associates Mr. Radov also was a director at Winklevoss & Associates.
Mr. Radov earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.A. degree from Cornell University.
Mr. Radov currently holds Series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.
