John Davis, Director of Secondaries of Shares Trading of Aureate Capital joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mr. John Davis has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Director of Secondaries of Shares Trading of Aureate Capital.

Mr. John Davis is Director of Secondaries of Shares Trading with Aureate Capital. Aureate Capital is an investment advisory and financial consulting firm, based in San Francisco, California. They focus on the technology, fintech, cannabis, and alternative investment fund sectors, and they are constantly searching for various disrupting propositions.

Mr. Davis priorly worked as financial advisor with Edward Jones, leader in the financial-services industry. They offer investments services that align with their philosophy of diversifying quality investments and holding them for the long-term. Their investments include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, CDs, annuities, insurance, Roth and Traditional IRAs, 529 education savings plans, 401k rollovers, SEP IRAs, advisory services, estate considerations, trust services and borrowing solutions and had 2.9 years. of experience from Edward Jones. Mr. Davis has also worked with New York Life Securities as a Financial Advisor for 1.5 years. Earlier to that, Mr. Davis worked with The Benchmark Company for 3.8 years in Institutional Trading and before that JMP Group as Director of Institutional Trading gaining 3.6 years of experience. Mr. Davis has worked with Jones & Assoc. as an Institutional Trading.

Mr. Davis also has experience with companies like First New York Securities as Trading, Bank of America Securities as Managing Director, Institutional Trading and Montgomery Securities as the Vice President, Institutional Trading.

Mr Davis had his education in Bachelor of Arts in Economics for Columbia University in the city of New York.

Mr. Davis currently holds Series 7, 55, 63 and 66 registrations with FINRA.
