Mark Sanor of 360 One Firm Capital, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mark Sanor, CEO & Founder of 360 One Firm Capital have joined as our 28th and 29th Affiliate Partners.

Mark Sanor is the CEO and Founder of 360 One Firm Capital, LLC. 360 One Firm Capital is a global platform by and for family offices, offering direct investing opportunities and partnerships with funds. The firm hosts roundtables and conferences in 40+ cities and 15+ countries where family offices interact and share ASKs. In parallel, 360 One Firm Capital forms strategic relationships with funds across asset classes to access or partner on deals, and helps them connect with family offices as potential limited partners.

Prior to launching 360 One Firm Capital, Mr. Sanor partnered with a family office in co-founding Chiron Capital, a merchant bank focused primarily on PE investing with middle market funds, advisory to family offices, as well as operational roles in portfolio companies. The family office invested into MLV & Co. LLC, an independent full-service investment bank and institutional broker-dealer where Mr. Sanor became a Managing Director and Co-Head of Merchant Banking.

Mr. Sanor began his career as a lawyer with Hahn Loeser in Cleveland, before moving into Corporate Finance at PriceWaterhouse, and becoming a Partner at Arthur Anderson and later Ernst & Young in their Transaction Advisory Services group responsible for Russia and the CIS and oversight on other emerging markets.

Mr. Sanor graduated from Denison University with a B.A. in Political Science and History. Mr. Sanor earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, with a semester at Leiden University in the Netherlands studying EU and Russian law. For his alma maters, Mr. Sanor founded networking platforms (Denison Connecting! and Michigan Connecting!) with over 5,000 alumni participating so far at interactive events around the world.

Mr. Sanor currently holds the Series 7, 79 and 24 registrations with FINRA.
