Ritu Khanna of Thunder X Capital LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Ritu Khanna, Director of Thunder X Capital LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Ms. Ritu Khanna is a Director at Thunder X Capital, LLC.

Thunder X Capital is a tech-enabled boutique investment bank that leverages its affiliate, Thunder Labs, Inc., to streamline the fundraising journey for its clients using AI and software. Their technology seeks to significantly reduce the time it takes to raise capital by identifying efficiencies throughout the process. Thunder X Capital focuses on raising early-stage venture capital and debt for startups seeking to raise $5M-$50M.

Ms. Khanna has over 15 years of experience across the financial services industry, primarily in an investor relations capacity. At Thunder X Capital, she focuses on building relationships with family offices, private equity firms, and venture capital funds to connect them with high-growth investment opportunities.

Ms. Khanna began her career at Goldman Sachs within their prime brokerage division, working with top-tier hedge funds. She later worked at J.P. Morgan, where she worked closely with growth and venture funds, and subsequently went to Brookfield, where she solely managed investor relations for the firm’s multi-billion-dollar real estate debt funds, servicing state pension funds and insurance companies.

She also has entrepreneurial experience from her time at RD Advisors, where she secured a $15 million credit line and launched a fund on the CrowdStreet platform. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex fundraising efforts and manage institutional relationships.

Ms. Khanna holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Barnard College.

Ms. Khanna holds the Series 7 & 63 registrations with FINRA.
