Stonehaven’s CCO Appointed as Chair of the Regulatory Committee for 3PM Association

Stonehaven is proud to announce that Steven Jafarzadeh, CAIA, a Managing Director and Partner of Stonehaven who also serves as the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Third Party Marketers Association to serve as the Chair of the Regulatory Committee as of July 14, 2014. Stonehaven has been a long term member of the Third Party Marketers Association, and Mr. Jafarzadeh is honored to accept the appointment. The Regulatory Committee is a new group formed to address the increasingly dynamic and complex regulatory landscape facing market participants in the global capital raising arena. The Regulatory Committee will seek to interface directly with regulators to advocate on behalf of the capital raising industry for rules and regulations that fairly and efficiently support the health of the overall asset management industry, investors, and all related constituents.
