Mr. Walter Jackson is the managing director of Jackson Payne Investment LLC.

Jackson Payne Investment LLC is an independent boutique investment bank with an approach to building deep client relationships that allow them to provide tailored strategic and financial support for the operating companies and asset managers that they represent. They conduct private placements (capital raising), LP Secondaries (private market liquidity), and M&A activities to help their clients grow and scale their businesses and achieve optimal results. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson has 24 years of experience as a National Retirement Planner and many other roles at Fidelity Investment. With a strong focus on 401k expertise, Walter has successfully guided numerous individuals and corporations in optimizing their retirement savings strategies. His comprehensive knowledge of investment vehicles, market trends, and regulatory frameworks allows him to develop tailored solutions that align with clients’ long-term financial goals.

Mr. Jackson has honed his skills through continuous education and corporate training. He has completed advanced courses in portfolio management, risk analysis, and financial planning, enabling him to provide insightful guidance in complex investment landscapes. Known for his strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail, Mr. Jackson has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
