George Kenny of Fox Street Capital, LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform.

We are excited to announce that George Kenny, Founder and Managing Partner of Fox Street Capital, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. George Kenny is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fox Street Capital.

Fox Street Capital is primarily a placement agent focused on raising capital for alternative strategies from institutional investors. Additionally, Fox Street Capital provides advisory services to alternative real estate and prop tech platforms.

Mr. Kenny brings over 30 years of experience in alternative investments, real estate, and fixed-income securities covering pension funds, investment consultants, insurance companies, family offices, SWF’s, hedge funds, and asset managers.

Mr. Kenny joins Stonehaven from Tangent Capital Partners where he was a Managing Director.

Previously, Mr. Kenny served as Head of New Business Development for the Real Estate Investing and Servicing businesses at Starwood Property Trust.

Prior to Starwood, Mr. Kenny was Head of Americas Mortgage & Securitized Product Sales at UBS where he was responsible for the distribution of mortgage-backed securities (MBS), asset-backed securities (ABS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) to institutional clients.

Mr. Kenny also spent 17 years at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch beginning in 1992 in a variety of roles including Head of Americas Rates Sales, Head of Americas Mortgage Sales, Co-Head of Credit HF Sales, and Head of Mortgage Origination Sales.

Mr. Kenny also served as part of the fixed-income portfolio management team at Lord Abbett & Company.

Mr. Kenny received his B.A. in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and his M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Kenny holds series 7 and 63 registration with FINRA.
