Mario Collella of MAC II Capital, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mario Colella, managing member of MAC II Capital, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Mario Colella is the managing member of the MAC II Capital.

MAC II Capital is focused primarily on raising capital for alternative fund managers across hedge fund, private credit, and venture capital strategies and secondarily focused on select direct deal opportunities. They focus on marketing and capital raising for best-in-class investment managers.

Prior to founding MAC II Capital, Mr. Colella was a Managing Director in Business Development at Arena Investors, a $3.5bn special situations private credit firm with offices globally. Mr. Colella was also an Executive Director in Sales and Marketing at Harvest Volatility Management, a leading options and volatility risk manager. Mr. Colella’s fundraising career started at Stonehaven, where he was a Director in the Alternative Sales group focused on covering the east coast allocator community in the US. Mr. Colella began his career in finance by spending nearly two decades in sales and trading at Goldman Sachs in New York, London, and Milan where he managed institutional relationships and risk across various asset classes.

Mr. Colella graduated from Fairfield University with a B.A. in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude).

Mr. Colella currently holds series 7, 63, 55, and series 32 registrations with FINRA.
