We are excited to announce that Mr. John Williford has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Founder of Dogwood Pecan, LLC.
Mr. John Williford is a Founder and Managing Partner of Dogwood Pecan.
Dogwood Pecan is an independent financial consultant to real estate development clients on unique public/private projects, including general government, education, justice, mixed-use, commercial, and healthcare.
Mr. Williford is a 12-year veteran of public finance and real estate. He began his career with Public Financial Management, Inc. ("PFM"), the nation's leading municipal advisory firm for municipalities and 501c(3) entities. Mr. Williford then worked at two different investment banks, where he covered both high-grade and high-yield financings. He has structured 100% tax-exempt financings and unique project finance solutions with equity, subordinate debt, bank debt, and tax-exempt bonds. Most recently, Mr. Williford served as a Director at JE Dunn Capital Partners, LLC, the investment division of JE Dunn Construction Company, Inc., one of the nation's largest commercial contractors. In the course of his career, John has closed over $3.5 billion in financings. In October 2022, John launched Dogwood Pecan, an independent firm that consults real estate developers on complex real estate projects across the country.
Mr. Williford did his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Master of Science in Management from Wake Forest University.
Mr. Williford currently holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
