Sameer Khan, Managing Member of Slopeside Capital, LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mr. Sameer Khan has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Managing Member of Slopeside Capital, LLC.

Sameer Khan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Slopeside Capital.

Slopeside Capital was started as a vehicle to do what he enjoys most in his day-to-day professional life, utilizing his extensive professional network to connect investors with compelling opportunities.

During Mr. Khan's professional career, he has gained meaningful experience in lending, asset management, acquisitions, and development across multi-family, industrial, senior housing, affordable housing, and retail assets. From underwriting and sourcing opportunities of all shapes and sizes, Mr. Khan has learned that there is value to be unlocked in every step of the real estate process, from pre-development to asset management and disposition. He also believes that a thorough understanding of the motivation behind investment strategy and decision-making is essential in determining if an investment opportunity fits his clientele well.

Mr. Khan graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a highly ranked undergraduate Real Estate Program degree, with an additional major in Finance, Investment, & Banking.

In his free time, Mr. Khan enjoys golfing, snowboarding, tennis, and traveling.

Mr. Khan currently holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
