Ms. Jessica Billingsley is the Managing Partner of Alpexa Capital LLC. 

Alpexa Capital LLC is a capital markets-oriented solutions firm focused on M&A and capital formation opportunities across venture and growth-stage companies, with a particular focus on technology, healthcare, and regulated industries. The firm will also partner with select venture capital firms at a strategic level. Ms. Billingsley is a seasoned capital markets partner with significant experience across a diverse range of investment strategies, including real estate, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, public listing, SPACs, secondaries, private placements, M&A, and traditional asset management. She specializes in providing strategic advice and executing complex financial transactions for businesses across various sectors, including emerging technology and highly regulated industries. 

Prior to her current role, Ms. Billingsley held the chief executive officer position at a NASDAQ-listed technology company, where she developed a deep understanding of the global financial landscape and gained extensive knowledge of emerging industries.
