Bruce Nemirow

Founding Partner

Mr. Bruce Nemirow is the Founding Partner of Capital Growth Partners, LLC.

Capital Growth Partners, LLC, is a consulting and business development firm based in Connecticut for investment managers and early-stage businesses.

For the previous 25 years, Mr. Nemirow was Managing Partner of Capital Growth Advisors, a firm with a similar business.

Prior to February 2000, Mr. Nemirow was the President and Chief Executive Officer of NorthBridge Capital Management.  Before joining NorthBridge in December 1998, Mr. Nemirow was a Managing Director of Turnberry Capital Management from January 1997 until December 1998.  From October 1995 to January 1997, Mr. Nemirow was Executive Director of Paloma Partners, an investment adviser, where he was responsible for expanding Paloma’s global presence and launching new investment vehicles.  Before 1995, Mr. Nemirow was President of John W. Henry & Company, Inc. (“JWH”). Mr. Nemirow was also Chairman of JWH’s Operating Committee. He joined JWH as Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing in March 1990. Before 1990 Mr. Nemirow was Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing for Capital Markets Products at Shearson Lehman Hutton, responsible for annual revenue of over $2 billion.  Mr. Nemirow began his career on Wall Street as an Options Trader in 1971.

Mr. Nemirow received his BA degree from Rutgers University. He served several terms as a Director of the Managed Funds Association and was on the Advisory Council of Resources for the Future, a non-profit environmental public policy organization in Washington, D.C. He has authored a home study course on listed options for the New York Institute of Finance and edited several books on investing.

Mr. Nemirow currently holds Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations with FINRA.
