Ms. Tyra Jeffries is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CCA Global Capital Group (previously CreativeCap Advisors), a global business advisory firm for asset managers. She is an experienced and recognized advisor to funds from around the world and works with new launches to more established fund managers. She works with executives by helping them understand how to build their companies through various initiatives and further evolve their investment companies. In addition, she has spearheaded business development efforts to help firms uncover new avenues of growth. Her team also provides outsourced investor relations solutions to select clients.
The company launched the world’s first global emerging manager incubator and has worked to build a global ecosystem of high-potential emerging managers, institutional investors and other professionals dedicated to the development and growth of the global emerging manager space. Ms. Jeffries has spent the better part of her career actively working for, with and around fund managers by helping to advise them on areas critical to the advancement of their businesses.
Prior to CreativeCap Advisors, Ms. Jeffries was the Vice President of Marketing for Maloy Risk Services, an insurance firm that during her time focused its efforts on developing specialized and proprietary risk management solutions for asset managers. In 2016, the firm was acquired by Integro Group which was recently acquired by EPIC Holdings in December 2018.
In earlier positions Ms. Jeffries has worked at Teneo Holdings and served alongside a team of consultants advising Fortune 500 companies and has worked in-house at an emerging manager quant hedge fund and at the private equity arm of a Multi-Family Office serving families throughout Latin America.
Ms. Jeffries has spoken on panels and is frequently quoted as an expert opinion and in addition has written for leading industry publications across the alternative investment industry. Ms. Jeffries received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the prestigious Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a minor in Italian Language, Literature and Culture. She speaks Italian and currently resides in Wilton, CT. She is an avid boater and enjoys cycling.

Mr. Michael Alexander is a Managing Director at CCA Global Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Alexander has over 15 years of experience within the investment management industry and is focused on curating CCA Global Capital Group’s universe of handpicked clients.
Prior to CCA Global Capital Group, Mr. Alexander served as a Managing Director of Investments for Alpha Capital Research, LLC, a multi-family office located in Connecticut. At Alpha Capital Research, Mr. Alexander was tasked with institutionalizing their investment management processes as a means of successfully raising assets. This included the creation of an investment committee, policies and procedures for documenting due diligence meetings, implement systems for performing quantitative analysis and creation of a risk monitoring process for new and existing investments. As a result of Mr. Alexander’s directives, Alpha Capital grew from $50m assets undermanagement to over a $1b within five years. Mr. Alexander’s investment management focus included researching and conducting due diligence globally on a broad universe of alternative investments that encompass hedge funds, private equity, real estate and venture capital.
Prior to Alpha Capital Research, Mr. Alexander served as a Senior Investment Analyst for Aetna, Inc. At Aetna, Mr. Alexander was instrumental in supporting the Head of the Alternative Investments with regards to deploying capital into FoFs and direct investments from Aetna’s $500M hedge fund program where Mr. Alexander served on three-person investment team.
Mr. Alexander earned a BS in Finance from Syracuse University, and then earned an MBA in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford, CT.
Mr. Alexander currently holds Series 7 & Series 63 registrations with FINRA.
