Mr. Irving Padron is the Founder & CEO of Deering Capital LLC, a Miami based capital-raising firm focused on commercial and residential real estate opportunities. 
 
Mr. Padron is also the CEO of Deering Companies, a real estate investment and advisory firm representing entrepreneurial developers and operators, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. Deering Companies is co-developing a $350M portfolio of ultra-luxury single-family homes, with an average asking price of $30M, and advising on over $8B in high-end mixed-use commercial developments in US gateway cities. Clients have included The Peebles Corporation, Related, Terra, Fortune, the University of Miami, and international banks. 
 
Throughout his 30+ year career, Mr. Padron has developed an extensive network of investors and sponsors, primarily in the real estate industry. He utilizes his robust real estate, operational, sales, and finance experience in order to strategically advise and support his clients and partners.  
 
Prior to Deering, Mr. Padron held the position of CEO and Principal of Sotheby’s International Realty and Engel & Voelkers Miami franchises. Collectively, these firms represented over $5B in luxury homes and projects in South Florida and the Caribbean and delivered record-breaking residential sales. Prior to Sotheby’s and Engel & Voelkers, Mr. Padron was Senior Vice President and CFO at Terremark, including during its initial public listing (Nasdaq, exit $1.8B). Terremark was a leading commercial real estate developer and technology infrastructure provider with over 5 million square feet under management and development. Mr. Padron began his career at KPMG, specializing in international real estate clients, and became the firm's youngest real estate Audit Manager. 
 
Mr. Padron earned his BBA and MBA from the University of Miami. Mr. Padron is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
