Miss Laura Simione is the Founder of Fundshare Capital Corporation.

Fundshare Capital Corporation offers services for raising capital for emerging managers across the venture capital and private equity community. They leverage an extensive network of private investors and industry leaders to connect fund managers with the right clients.

Ms. Simione has held positions as Head of IR at Captona and Head of IR at NYCA. Additionally, she was a Managing Director at Bramshill Investments where she played a pivotal role in raising capital, helping them scale from $600M in AUM to $3B. Through her extensive sales training from top firms such as Sequoia and Fusion, Ms. Simione has worked with investors by providing solutions that help diversify portfolio assets. 

Ms. Simione holds a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Oswego and has her MBA from Columbia Business School. 

Ms. Simione holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
