Mr. Michael Fields is the Founder and Managing Partner of Global Strategic Finance, LLC a Denver-based advisory and investment banking firm focused on serving the global middle market. Global Strategic Finance focuses on buy/sell side advisory assignments, capital raising, strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions and family office advisory.

Mr. Fields is also the Managing Partner of MSF Enterprises, LLC which is a specialized consulting firm focused on preparing private companies and investment management firms for acceleration capital.  Prior to focusing on MSF Enterprises, Mr. Fields was a Managing Director at Pali Capital in New York. Prior to Pali Capital, Mr. Fields served as Director of Research for European Markets at Lighthouse Partners, a $13.2B fund of funds, where he helped to identify and manage a portfolio of hedge fund managers.  Prior to Lighthouse Partners, Mr. Fields worked as a Portfolio Analyst in the risk arbitrage department at Tiedemann Investment Group, a $7B family of hedge fund strategies.  Prior to Tiedemann, Mr. Fields was a trader at Computer Trader Corporation and a Junior FX Dealer at Bank Julius Baer. During his banking career, Mr. Fields also has worked on over 23 transactions in the Financial Services, Fin Tech, Specialty Finance, and industrial sectors on sell side and capital raising mandates.

Mr. Fields has a BA degree from Hobart & Williams Smith Colleges and received his MBA in Finance & International Business from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. 

Mr. Fields holds the  Series 7, 31 & 63 licenses with FINRA .
