Mr. Chamberlain has spent 14 years on the International institutional equity and capital markets desks across financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan servicing asset managers, hedge funds, and pension funds. In addition, Mr. Chamberlain has worked with various startups as a Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Business Development, Relationship Management, Product Development, and Strategic Advisory positions. Brian has deep relationships with Venture Capitalists, Private Equity, and Family Offices.
As a Real Estate Investor and Capital Stack Advisor, Hampton Capital International LLC excels in business funding and commercial real estate (CRE) funding across the US and Canada. We specialize in sourcing equity, mezzanine, debt, construction loans, warehouse lines, and bridge loans. Our track record includes closing deals ranging from $5 million to over $750 million.
Hampton Capital International’s principal, Brian Chamberlain, has made notable investments, including Oxford Capital Senior Housing, where he was an investor in a 15-asset senior housing portfolio, and in San Antonio, TX, as an investor and principal in a 160-unit mixed-use development.
Hampton Capital International completed deals such as non-recourse BTR construction loans totalling $255 million across Texas, Georgia, New Mexico, and Florida, as well as securing $520 million in funding for a 774-unit multi-family and 175-key 4/5-star hotel development.
Hampton Capital International sourced over $1 million in GP equity and arranged $40 million in HUD construction debt for a multi-family development in San Antonio. It has also facilitated $300 million in financing for a biomass recycling facility in Kentucky and Tennessee, and $49 million in LP equity for a senior housing portfolio in Metro Toronto. Other work includes a $6 million land development loan for high-end home development in Colorado, along with numerous HUD and CMBS loan executions for multi-family projects, totalling over $2 billion.
Mr. Chamberlain has attended Northwestern University and currently resides in Austin, Texas.
