Ms. Kristen Kuliga is the Founder and Managing Partner of K Capital Partners, LLC.
K Capital Partners provides advisory, business development, and capital-raising services for companies and family offices with a focus on the sports, entertainment, technology, media, wellness, and consumer product sectors. The firm is led by Ms. Kuliga, an entrepreneur and pioneer for women in professional athlete representation.
Ms. Kuliga has over 20+ years of experience in venture capital including investor relations, business development, and incubating companies. She is on the Board of Advisors of The Players Impact and Athlete Advisory Board of Bio Direction, Inc. d/b/a Nano Diagnostics. Ms. Kuliga began her career in 1994 as in-house counsel at the national sports agency, Woolf Associates, and was the first woman to negotiate an NFL quarterback’s contract. She possesses extensive experience in athlete representation, corporate consulting, business development, licensing, sponsorship sales, and event management. In 2017, Ms. Kuliga merged K Sports & Entertainment, her nationally recognized sports marketing, and athlete representation agency, with Vanguard Sports Group where she oversees business development. From 2001-2017, as the founder and CEO of K Sports & Entertainment, Ms. Kuliga led a national sports management and marketing firm where she represented NFL players and sold endorsements and sponsorships on behalf of professional athletes and Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Kuliga holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
Ms. Kuliga currently holds series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.
