Mr. Mangesh Ghogre is the Founder and CEO of One Capita Advisors.

One Capita Advisors, based in New York City, is a corporate finance and capital markets-focused brokerage and advisory firm. One Capita advises clients on financing, IPO advisory, capital structure, and M&A-related matters as well as the global financial market and investor access. 

Mr. Ghogre who recently moved to the US from India, is a Fortune 40 under 40 featured investment banker with over two decades of experience. As a senior banker at Nomura and HSBC, Mr. Ghogre helped to raise over $50 billion for clients in the private and public capital markets via IPOs, follow-ons, private placements, equity-linked offerings, rights offerings, and ATMs. Mr Ghogre was instrumental in building Nomura's India business from inception to a top 3 franchise in 5 years. 

Mr. Ghogre is also an award-winning crossword expert and has been a crossword constructor with bylines in NYT, WSJ, and LA Times for 27 years. Mr. Ghogre was featured in the New Yorker magazine along with a 4,500-word cover story in 2023. Mr. Ghogre is a recipient of the prestigious "Einstein Visa" granted by the US for extraordinary ability and sustained national and international acclaim. Mr. Ghogre was also awarded the Rotary Excellence Award (2019) for achievements in his professional and vocational career.

Mr. Ghogre graduated with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai.
