Billy Weston is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Venn Capital Partners, LLC, alongside Nate Clemensen. The firm was established to partner with owners, sponsors, and investment firms to address their capital, operational, and growth needs. Venn Capital offers securities through Stonehaven, LLC, a member of FINRA/SIPC.

Prior to launching Venn Capital Partners and its predecessor, Slaine Capital, Billy served as Vice President at Key Private Bank, where he drove new business development and provided advisory services to high-net-worth families and institutional clients. Before that, he was a banker at J.P. Morgan, leading a team dedicated to business development and delivering comprehensive investment management and advisory services to family offices, foundations, endowments, and institutional clients. At J.P. Morgan, Billy also raised capital for select top-tier private equity, venture capital, and multi-strategy hedge funds. Earlier in his career, he was an Equity Trader at KeyBanc Capital Markets, overseeing all aspects of equity trading for institutional clients. 

Billy holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hiram College and a Master's Degree with a concentration in International Business from University College Dublin in Ireland.

He is a Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) and maintains Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA. 

An accomplished endurance athlete, Billy is an Ironman triathlete, ultra-marathon runner, and avid cyclist. He resides in Rocky River, Ohio, with his fiancé and two sons.

Mr. Nate Clemensen is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Venn Capital Partners, LLC, alongside Billy Weston. The firm was established to partner with owners, sponsors, and investment firms to address their capital, operational, and growth needs.

Nate brings over a decade of senior operational experience in the alternative investment space to Venn Capital Partners. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at a $1 billion real estate investment platform with assets across the nation. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at a national commercial real estate lender and Registered Investment Advisor, where he oversaw structuring, finance, operations, and served as Chief Compliance Officer. The firm was led by one of the co-founding partners of Bain Capital.  Nate began his career in 2004 at J.P. Morgan as a banker and key team member focused on business development, providing comprehensive investment management and advisory services to family offices, foundations, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

He earned a B.A. in Business and Economics from Wheaton College and holds SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 registrations with FINRA. 

A native New Yorker, Nate enjoys time in the Adirondacks and is an avid cyclist. He lives in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with his wife and five children.
