Mr. Rami Frankl is the Founder and Managing Director of DragonTree Investment Group, affiliated with Stonehaven LLC. 

DragonTree Investment Group focuses on private placements, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services across the Media & Entertainment, Technology, Real Estate, and alternative investment sectors. 

Mr. Frankl brings a background spanning entertainment technology, media, executive leadership, and strategic and economic advisory. He is recognized as a strategic advisor who has guided domestic and international businesses on growth initiatives, business development, and market expansion, bridging the needs of entrepreneurs, investors, and transaction professionals. 

In addition to his professional work, Mr. Frankl was appointed by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina M. Raimondo to the District Export Council of Southern California, where he currently serves as Chair of the Council’s Media & Entertainment Committee, strengthening relationships among the U.S. Department of Commerce, the International Trade Administration, Southern California businesses, and international stakeholders. He is also Past Co-Chair of the Directors Guild of America’s Latino Committee. 

Mr. Frankl earned a Master of Business Administration through the President and Key Executive MBA program at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. 

Mr. Frankl holds the SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 registrations with FINRA.
