Maximum Possibilities, LLC specialized in preparing successful private companies and U.S. business owners who are considering selling, acquiring another business, or fundraising. The firm’s approach helps businesses operate effectively while strategically positioning them for potential sale, acquisition, or to run their business as if they intend to sell. As an intermediary, Maximum Possibilities, LLC leads competitive processes and supports business owners from the initial planning stages through successful execution.

Maximum Possibilities Capital, LLC focuses on entrepreneurial business owners and management teams of successful private U.S. companies seeking capital to accelerate growth, execute management buyout, or restructure debt. 

Ms. Passmore brings over 35 years of experience in private and public corporate growth strategy, acquisition, divestitures, and fund-raising initiatives, having led dozens of successful buy-side and sell-side transactions. As a former CFO for a NYSE-traded company, she is a seasoned business leader with a strong financial background and a proven track record of driving value creation.

Ms. Passmore is a CPA, a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program, a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, and a Certified Value Builder Advisor.

Ms. Passmore currently holds the SIE, Series 63, and 79 registrations with FINRA.
