Mr. Richard Finley is the Managing Partner at RRFF Capital LLC.

RRFF Capital LLC specializes in capital raising across debt, equity, and hybrid securities to support business growth. They also provide strategic advisory for exit planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business sales or divestitures.

Mr. Finley has over 20 years of experience as a consultative sales professional.  Most recently, he has spent a good portion of his time in the world of franchising, advising individuals on new territory acquisition across all industries, and expects to get mandates from franchisors looking to expand or seeking strategic partnership/sales.

He developed his expertise through his work with alternative and traditional asset managers, corporations, and national broker-dealers. Prior to joining Kenmar, Mr. Finley held positions at CFRA Research, CreditSights, Exotix Capital, and Gryphon Strategies.

Mr. Finley graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Finley holds SIE, Series 7, and 63 registrations with FINRA.
