Mr. Bill Sigona is the Managing Partner at Tall Pines Capital, LLC. 

Tall Pines Capital is a boutique investment banking advisory firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences. We provide companies and investors with deep sector expertise and dedicated senior-level attention. Our institutional services include strategic advisory, M&A, and capital raising support tailored to drive client success.

Mr. Sigona is also a Partner at Fletcher Spaght, Inc. (FSI), a strategy consulting firm, where he has been since 2008. At FSI, he leads client engagements focusing on growth strategy assignments for companies and investors in the biopharma, life science tools/diagnostics, and MedTech sectors. Mr. Sigona was also active with Fletcher Spaght Ventures, sourcing deals and conducting due diligence. 

Prior to FSI, Mr. Sigona was a strategy consultant in the life sciences practice of Wood Mackenzie and in business development roles at Acusphere, Inc., a diagnostics/drug delivery company. 

Mr. Sigona holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, an M.S. in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Biology from Skidmore College. 

Mr. Sigona holds SIE, Series 63, 79, and 82 registrations with FINRA.
