Mr. Nick Stanley is the Managing Partner of Crown Point Partners.
Crown Point Partners is a boutique investment bank located in Portland, Oregon, focused on serving the M&A Advisory needs of Pacific Northwest companies with EBITDA of 2 to 10 million.
Mr. Stanley has been selling businesses in the Pacific Northwest for over 25 years. He is a financial engineer, negotiator, tactician, and strategic thinker who has helped dozens of business owners reach their ultimate objectives and successfully optimize the sale of their business. He has experience representing companies in manufacturing, distribution, software, technology, consumer, retail, energy, healthcare, and service businesses.
Mr. Stanley was with CMS Companies in Philadelphia from 1987 to 1990, working with successful entrepreneurs to build, diversify, and transfer wealth through asset allocation analysis, private equity placement, and estate planning strategies.
Mr. Stanley moved back to Portland in 1991 and acquired Fine Arts Graphics, a corporate stationery manufacturing company, where he served as President and CEO. In 1999, he hired Veber Partners, a Portland, Oregon-based boutique investment bank, to represent him in selling the company to ImageX.com. He stayed with the company through its IPO in 2000 and then joined Veber Partners in 2001 as a Partner doing lower middle market M&A and corporate finance. In 2022, Mr. Stanley and Rodger Adams formed Crown Point Partners to focus on sell-side M&A advisory.
Mr. Stanley has served on the Boards of Motive Power Industries (NYSE MPI), ProteoGenix, and Mass Ingenuity. In addition, he has committed time to community interests and has served on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, the Oregon Independent College Foundation, the Citizens Crime Commission, The Citizens Education Commission, The Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Oregon Forum, Self Enhancement Inc., Outward Bound West, Young Presidents Organization — Oregon, Entrepreneurs Organization, Social Venture Partners — Portland, and Oregon Episcopal School. Mr. Stanley currently serves on the Board of Directors of St. Anthony Village Enterprise, Services for All Generations, and the Advisory Board of The OHSU Knight Cancer Council.
Since 1995, he has served as the Honorary Consul General to the Kingdom of Thailand for the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. Stanley earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Psychology from Georgetown University.

Mr. Rodger Adams is a Partner of Crown Point Partners.
Crown Point Partners is a merchant banking and advisory firm based in Portland, Oregon, focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory services for middle-market companies across diverse industries.
Mr. Adams has more than 35 years of experience in merchant banking and investment banking. He is recognized as a seasoned advisor and principal who has structured and negotiated asset and stock sales, leveraged and management buyouts, recapitalizations, and corporate restructurings across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, business services, forest products, and airlines.
Prior to co-founding Crown Point Partners in 2022, Mr. Adams was a senior partner for 28 years at Veber Partners, including 10 years as co-owner of the firm. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with PacifiCorp Financial Services in Portland and New York, and Oregon Bank/Security Pacific Bank, where he specialized in international and commercial banking.
Mr. Adams began his professional career as an instructor and research advisor at the University of Oregon and the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology before transitioning into land-use and environmental planning.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Adams has served on the boards of CRU Data Security Group, Mass Ingenuity, International Composites Corp, CrossCurrent, Northwest Polymers, and Pony Lumber. He has also served on the board of Associated Oregon Industries and as a Trustee of the Lutheran Family Service Foundation.
Mr. Adams earned a bachelor’s degree in Geography from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, a master’s degree in Geography from the University of Oregon, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Oregon, where he was a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar.
