Mr. David Peng is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nivora Capital Partners, LLC.

He specializes in raising capital within the real estate, infrastructure, and private credit sectors, offering deep insight into allocator priorities and the challenges managers face in today’s complex fundraising environment.

Prior to founding Nivora, Mr. Peng worked at a Los Angeles–based real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer with $30B in AUM. He previously served as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP and continues to advise on a project basis with KPMG LLP.

Mr. Peng holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with FINRA.
