We are excited to announce that Al Minafo, Business Development Associate of Aureate Capital, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Al Minafo is the Business Development Associate of the Aureate Capital, LLC.

Aureate Capital is San Francisco Bay-based and provides early-stage cannabis, fintech, crypto, and entertainment companies advisory and capital raising services.

Mr. Minafo is a seasoned professional with a remarkable career in the financial industry. In 1983, he achieved the distinction of becoming the second-youngest approved member of the American Stock Exchange. Over the years, he has built and managed independent brokerage businesses, excelling in equities and options trading with a significant focus on risk arbitrage. Mr. Minafo's expertise extends to institutional business, and he has even served as a guest lecturer on options at the New York Institute of Finance. With extensive experience in various roles and an impressive track record, he has left an indelible mark in the finance sector.

Mr. Minafo is poised to channel his knowledge and skills towards a primary focus on working closely with hedge fund placements and secondary shares trading. His commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of financial intricacies positions him to thrive in these nuanced domains.

Mr. Minafo is an avid outdoorsman and also on the executive board of the American Sportsman’s Club of New Jersey.

Mr. Minafo currently holds the SIE and series 7 and 63 registration with FINRA.
