Matt Zuckerman, Ethan Stuart, Madeline Miller and Vanya Kovacheva of New Guard Partners, LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Matt Zuckerman, Ethan Stuart, Madeline Miller and Vanya Kovacheva, of New Guard Partners, LLC, have joined as Affiliate Partners

Matt Zuckerman, Managing Partner:

Matt founded New Guard Partners in 2024. Before that, he was a Director and then Principal at Rede Partners, where he was one of the firm’s top fundraisers, raising more than $1.5 billion of full-fee-paying capital. He also previously worked at Goldman Sachs, SkyBridge and Fair Oaks Capital, and earlier in his career at Stonehaven. He is a graduate of Georgetown University’s College of Arts and Sciences and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Ethan Stuart, Senior Associate:

Ethan manages relationships with institutional investors across the U.S. and spends much of his time covering the Midwest and the Northeast. He also works with GPs on fundraising strategy, messaging and positioning. A native of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Ethan graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Madeline Miller, Senior Associate:

Madeline leads coverage of institutional investors across the Southeast. A native of Atlanta, she previously held roles at AIG and Amazon before joining New Guard Partners. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her MBA in Finance from NYU Stern, attending both on full scholarship.

Vanya Kovacheva, CFA, CAIA, Senior Advisor:

Vanya brings more than a decade of institutional private equity experience, including as Senior Investment Officer for Private Equity at the Missouri State Employees’ Retirement System. She holds an MBA in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, along with a Master of Science in Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
