Noelle Reney of Provet Capital LLC Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Noelle Reney, Chief Executive Officer of Provet Capital LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Ms. Noelle Reney is the Chief Executive Officer of PROVET Capital LLC, an Atlanta-based boutique real capital advisory firm serving housing developers, owners, and operators across multifamily, mixed-use, and senior housing. The firm provides project strategy, debt and equity placement, and grant development with a focus on projects that pair strong investment fundamentals with measurable community impact. 

Ms. Reney has more than four years of experience working across capital markets and impact investing. Her work has centered on complex and blended capital strategies that bring together both private investment & public-sector resources to advance projects with measurable social and economic outcomes. She has worked across public-private and community-focused initiatives involving housing, health, community development, education, and sustainability from early project strategy through capitalization. 

Prior to PROVET Capital, Ms. Reney served as Chief Executive Officer of CGR Development Partners, a development consulting firm supporting commercial real estate development initiatives. She also served as Director of Investor Relations at RIL Properties in Atlanta, where she supported capital strategy and investor engagement for the firm's real estate portfolio. 

Ms. Reney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Georgia State University. 

Ms. Reney holds SIE, Series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.
