We are excited to announce a joint venture distribution partnership with Alta Alternative Investments Pte. Ltd. ("Alta"). 

Founded in 2016, Alta is a Singapore-based, MAS-licensed alternative investments platform and one of Southeast Asia's leading marketplaces for alternative investments. Through its blockchain-powered digital exchange, AltaX, Alta connects investors with private equity, private credit, secondary transactions, and other alternative asset opportunities, drawing on a broad distribution network across Asia that spans both individual investors and institutions. Since its founding, Alta has completed over 1,900 transactions valued at more than US$1.0 billion. 

Alta's integrated marketplace brings together investors, investment products, and investment processing infrastructure on a single platform, with a particular focus on direct and secondary opportunities that align well with many of the mandates currently on Stonehaven's platform. 

For Stonehaven Affiliate Partners, this partnership creates an additional channel for select mandates to gain exposure to Alta's investor network across Asia. Currently, Alta is most focused on late-stage secondaries, and they’re also secondarily focused on later-stage VC/PE directs and real estate directs (please only reach out with opportunities in these areas).

Alta will be added to NEXUS as a unique type of Affiliate Partner, so they can review the active mandate dashboard and collaborate.
