Austin Milliken, Founder and Managing Partner of Aureate Capital LLC Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mr. Austin Milliken has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Founder and Managing Partner of Aureate Capital.

Mr. Austin Milliken is the Co-founder and Managing Member of Aureate Capital.

Aureate Capital is San Francisco Bay-based and provides early-stage cannabis, fintech, crypto, and entertainment companies advisory and capital raising services.

Mr. Milliken has 20 plus years of experience in trading, asset management, consulting, financial advisory, and capital raising. Most recently he has been working as an HNW investment advisor and portfolio manager. Additionally, he provides fractional CFO services for early-stage companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Milliken started his career at Montgomery Securities (Banc of America) on the institutional listed trading desk before moving to hedge fund portfolio management. The bulk of his hedge fund life was spent at Parallax Fund in San Francisco as a derivatives volatility trader and portfolio manager.

Mr. Milliken studied Economics at Columbia University, is a certified FRM, and currently holds Series 7, 63 and 65 registrations with FINRA.
