Barry McCullough of Greybrook Securities, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform.

We are excited to announce that Barry McCullough, Vice President of Greybrook Securities, LLC has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Barry McCullough is a Vice President of Greybrook’s Private Capital Markets Group, a division of Greybrook Securities.

Mr. McCullough is responsible for building and managing relationships with investors and key partners of the firm. He also works closely with management on strategic initiatives as part of the Private Capital Markets management committee. 

Greybrook Realty Partners is a leading Toronto-based real estate private equity firm focused on investments in residential development and value-added assets. The firm offers investors the unique opportunity to partner with leading North American real estate developers and share in value-creation activities. Greybrook Realty Partners, through its affiliates, has invested over $2 billion of equity in more than 100 real estate projects across Canada and the United States. In aggregate, its real estate investment portfolio targets the development of over 65 million square feet of residential and commercial density, with an estimated completion value of $35 billion.

Mr. McCullough has over 15 years of experience in the investment industry, spanning both public and private markets.

Mr. McCullough holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, specializing in real estate.

Mr. McCullough is a registered dealing representative of Greybrook Securities Inc., an exempt market dealer (registered in Ontario and certain other provinces) related to Greybrook Realty Partners. 

Mr. McCullough holds the Series 82 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
