We are excited to announce that Brian Grossman, CEO and Managing Partner of H2B Capital LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner
Brian Grossman is the Founder of H2B and the CEO and Managing Partner of H2B Capital.
H2B Capital capitalizes, connects, and advises emerging and established owners, companies, and entrepreneurs on aligned capital strategy and formation to drive long-term value creation and durable growth, with a particular focus of sports, entertainment, and technology.
Prior to H2B, Grossman held senior roles at BlackRock, UBS, Barclays, and Lehman Brothers, working across private markets and alternative investing. His responsibilities spanned capital formation, transaction structuring, and platform strategy for institutional investors, UHNW clients, and family offices.
He earned a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and is a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Finance Leaders Fellowship.
Mr. Grossman holds Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 66 registrations with FINRA.
