Mr. David Peng is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nivora Capital Partners, LLC.

Nivora Capital Partners, LLC, is a placement and capital solutions firm dedicated to connecting asset managers with institutional investors across the U.S. and Asia, with a strong emphasis on Southeast Asia. He specializes in raising capital within the real estate, infrastructure, and private credit sectors, offering deep insight into allocator priorities and the challenges managers face in today’s complex fundraising environment.

Leveraging a strong network of institutional relationships, Mr. Peng is well-positioned to facilitate meaningful connections that drive capital formation and long-term partnerships. His background in capital markets and cross-border fundraising informs a strategic, relationship-driven approach that aligns global managers with the right investors. He is committed to delivering institutional-quality execution while maintaining the flexibility to support differentiated and emerging managers.

Prior to founding Nivora, Mr. Peng worked at a Los Angeles–based real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer with $30B in AUM. He previously served as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP and continues to advise on a project basis with KPMG LLP.

Mr. Peng holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with FINRA.
