Eric Shipley of Woodmoor Partners LLC Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Eric Shipley, Founder and Managing Partner of Woodmoor Partners, LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner

Mr. Eric Shipley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Woodmoor Partners, LLC.

Woodmoor Partners, LLC provides a connection between a private community of family offices, RIAs, and high-net-worth individuals who seek capital and/or wealth preservation with premium top-tier alternative investment managers across the United States. By leveraging his extensive network of institutional relationships, Mr Shipley is focused on delivering a specialized approach to providing access to non-traditional and emerging managers to his network of investors.

Before launching Woodmoor Partners, Mr. Shipley was a Principal Director of Strategic Relationship Management at both Envestnet and InvestCloud, where he provided sales and service to their largest customers, which included Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, RIAs, and Regional Banks.

Prior to Envestnet and InvestCloud, Mr. Shipley spent 20 years working in the fixed income space. Mr. Shipley spent 4 years in institutional sales on the Capital Markets desk at SWBC and 15 years running the Business Development department at Advisors Asset Management, a boutique asset manager with a wide variety of products and services. Mr. Shipley was responsible for significantly growing AAM’s business by signing on new Broker Dealers and RIAs to the AAM platform, where their advisors could access products such as Alternatives, ETFs, Fixed Income, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, and ETFs. 

Mr. Shipley earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Shipley currently holds the Series 7, 6, and 63 registrations with FINRA.
