We are excited to announce that James MacDougall, Principal and Owner of K Towne Street Capital, LLC has joined as an Affiliate Partner
Mr. James MacDougall is the Principal and Owner of Towne Street Capital, LLC.
Towne Street Capital, LLC, is an advisory and Investment Banking firm based in Connecticut. The firm specializes in project finance for ESG-related companies, both domestically and internationally, with additional focus on Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare AI, Energy, and commercial real estate development.
Mr. MacDougall has a dedicated background as an institutional capital markets salesperson, with specific expertise in private placements within credit and structured credit.
Mr. MacDougall’s prior Investment Banking experience includes working with Pie Capital, LLC, a full-service investment banking group in New York, where he successfully raised early-stage capital for ESG companies, guiding them towards Nasdaq listings.
Mr. MacDougall hold an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.
Mr. MacDougall holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
