Joe Azzaro, Founder and Managing Partner of Cedar Ridge Capital,LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Mr. Joe Azzaro has officially joined Stonehaven, LLC as Founder and Managing Partner of Cedar Ridge Capital, LLC.

Joe Azzaro is a Managing Director of 360 One Firm Capital, LLC. Mr. Azzaro focuses his efforts on capital raising activities for alternative investment managers and has a personal interest in impact oriented strategies.

Prior to joining 360 One Firm Capital, LLC Mr. Azzaro served as a Managing Director and Head of Business Development at PhaseCapital, a quantitative macro fund. Mr. Azzaro manages institutional relationships and has significant experience in credit and security analysis. Prior to joining PhaseCapital, Mr. Azzaro was a Director of alternative investment sales at Stonehaven, a leading placement agent. Prior to Stonehaven, Mr. Azzaro was an Assistant Vice President in the Credit Risk Management department of Deutsche Bank where he was the primary credit officer on a $700 million leveraged loan portfolio, evaluating the underlying credit risk of new transactions and monitoring credits for corporate events and overall credit risk.

Previously, Mr. Azzaro was an Associate in the Leveraged Loan Portfolio group at Deutsche Bank and served as a junior portfolio manager. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating origination efforts, amendments, and refinancing among leveraged finance, capital markets, credit risk management, and the asset-based lending group.

Mr. Azzaro earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Scranton. Mr. Azzaro is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute, and the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA). Mr. Azzaro holds Series 7, 63, 31, and 3 registrations with FINRA.
