We are excited to announce that Joshua Donnelly, Founder and Managing Partner of Stone Canyon Securities, LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner

Mr. Josh Donnelly is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stone Canyon Advisors and Stone Canyon Securities. Over the past decade, he has advised on more than $1.5 billion in M&A and bond-financing transactions, helping founder-led businesses achieve strategic exits and unlock long-term growth.

Stone Canyon Securities, LLC is the securities affiliate of Stone Canyon Advisors, supporting strategic transactions and capital markets activities for founder-led businesses. The firm works alongside leadership teams to help navigate complex financial decisions with discipline, preparation, and a market-oriented perspective.

Before founding Stone Canyon, Mr. Donnelly became the youngest Partner at Shoreline Partners, where he developed a reputation for delivering exceptional results in high-stakes M&A transactions. He launched Stone Canyon to bring a growth-forward, owner-centric approach to sell-side M&A, combining strategic foresight with institutional execution.

Mr. Donnelly is an active leader in the dealmaking community. He serves as President and Board Member of ACG San Diego, is Committee Co-Chair of the ACG Aerospace & Defense Middle Market Leadership Forum in Los Angeles, and sits on the committees for the ACG Ag Conference in St. Louis and ACG DealMAX® in Las Vegas.

Mr. Donnelly holds Series 79 and 63 licenses with FINRA and is a frequent speaker to business owners and executive audiences.
