We are excited to announce that Joshua Prell , Managing Partner of IH Secondaries, LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner

Mr. Joshua Prell is the Managing Partner at IH Secondaries, LLC.

IH Secondaries serves issuers, GPs, and institutional clients in the direct hard-tech venture market, offering solutions in secondaries, primaries, liquidity programs, and strategic advisory services.

Prior to IH Secondaries, LLC, Mr. Prell worked across private capital markets, investment banking, venture capital, and private equity. Most recently, he focused on private capital markets at Gondola (hill.com) and authored Time Compression & Value Ascension, a publication exploring how computational power reduces private market transaction timelines. Previously, he was in the Investment Banking Division at William Blair, advising on M&A, IPOs, and secondary transactions across industrial growth. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Ares Management (Landmark Partners), Prather Capital Partners, Redhawk Ventures, and Harvey & Company.

Mr. Prell earned a B.S. in Finance from Miami University, where he was a member of the Division One Track & Field Team, Alpha Chapter of Phi Delta Theta, and Miami University Investment Banking Club.

Mr. Prell currently holds SIE, Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations with FINRA.
