Kevin Constantine Joins as Stonehaven's Mandate Operations Counsel

Kevin Constantine is the Mandate Operations Counsel at Stonehaven. Mr. Constantine manages mandate legal operations, which includes contracting, legal due diligence, and marketing material compliance. He also works closely with the Head of Due Diligence & Mandate Management on various strategic initiatives, including process and technology design.

Prior to Stonehaven, Mr. Constantine was an Associate at DarrowEverett, where he helped establish the firm’s private equity practice group, assisting with fund formation, M&A, and all manner of corporate transactions for private equity clients. Mr. Constantine also provided advisory services for emerging small businesses and startups in a consultancy capacity. Mr. Constantine began his legal career at the large, Boston-based law firm Choate, Hall & Stewart, where he advised on private equity transactions that ranged in size from $10 million to over $2 billion.  Prior to pursuing a career in law, Mr. Constantine worked for six years in marketing and public relations for startups and venture capital firms.

Mr. Constantine earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School. He completed his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Trinity College in English. Currently, he lives in the Greater Boston area and is an avid student of classical history.
