Patrick Nasr, CPA, Joins Stonehaven as New Financial Controller

We are excited to announce that Mr. Patrick Nasr, CPA has officially joined Stonehaven as our new Controller.  Mr. Nasr is replacing Ms. Winnie Chan, CPA who will be officially departing from Stonehaven once the transition has been completed which will likely occur at the end of this quarter.  Mr. Nasr has held instrumental roles focused on financial and accounting responsibilities for several marquee firms in the industry as referenced below.  We are eager to begin fully leveraging Mr. Nasr’s experience, skills, and relationships to propel Stonehaven forward on many fronts.  Please find his full bio below for your reference:

Patrick Nasr is the Controller of Stonehaven LLC.  Mr. Nasr spearheads all financial and accounting functions within the Firm while also playing a senior operations role.  Mr. Nasr has significant experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, internal controls and SEC reporting.

Prior to joining Stonehaven, Mr. Nasr was an Associate Director at Apollo Global Management, LLC where he was responsible for financial and management reporting, and worked closely with other teams within corporate finance, as well as fund controllers and the investor relations group, to ensure proper disclosure of all key transactions and earnings metrics.  Previously, Mr. Nasr served as a Senior Manager within the Accounting and Regulatory Policy team at Morgan Stanley.  Mr. Nasr started his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche LLP as an Audit Manager within the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services department, where he planned, supervised and performed audit functions for clients within the financial services industry.

Mr. Nasr earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of San Diego where he graduated cum laude with honors. Mr. Nasr is a Certified Public Accountant.
