Mr. Richard Sincore is the Managing Partner at Sincore Ventures, LLC, a boutique placement and capital raising firm specializing in consulting, investor relations, fundraising, and strategic capital introductions. The firm supports venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, family offices, and companies seeking direct investments. 

Sincore Ventures focuses on mission-driven initiatives and impact investing, leveraging a broad network of institutional and qualified investors (LP's), family offices, consulting partners,and industry leaders. The firm attempts to address the capital needs of early-stage founders, investment funds, and start up/growth stage companies. In addition to its capital advisory and investor relations services, Sincore Ventures provides strategic consulting, including business and industry analysis, competitive assessments, capital planning, investor negotiations, and targeted investor introductions. 

Mr. Sincore is committed to exceptional client service, helping investors and shareholders navigate the private (pre-IPO) markets. He specializes in structuring discreet, efficient liquidity solutions for shareholders of privately held companies while offering institutional clients access to exclusive pre-IPO opportunities. 

Before founding Sincore Ventures, Mr. Sincore spent 17 years as Senior Managing Director at TradeStation Securities, Inc., where he led the Institutional Division and Prime Brokerage. He also launched the firm’s Capital Introduction initiative, connecting large fund managers, family offices, and LPs with emerging managers offering differentiated strategies in public market equities, futures, debt, and derivatives. His leadership contributed significantly to TradeStation’s growth from an early stage fintech startup to a successful public market exit. 

Mr. Sincore has also served as a fund sponsor for real estate and quantitative hedge funds, as Managing Partner at Southcoast Capital, and as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Partner at Covato Sincore Capital Management, overseeing separately managed accounts (SMAs) and a volatility-focused quantitative hedge fund. 

His expertise includes alternative assets, fund structuring, investor relations, institutional capital sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and private placements. Notably, he has launched multiple funds under SEC Regulation D, founded and scaled the Quantitative Trading Group (QTG) to over $5 billion in Assets, Custody and Execution, and designed bespoke investment strategies for a wide range of clients, including hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. 

Mr. Sincore is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida. He is registered with FINRA and currently holds the SIE, Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses. 

Additionally, Mr. Sincore is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Florida. Outside of his professional endeavours, Mr. Sincore is actively engaged in several ministries at his local parish within the Pinecrest community.
