Roy Mossy of Graytable Securities, LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Roy Mossy, Managing Partner of Graytable Securities, LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner

Mr. Roy Mossy is Managing Partner at Graytable Securities, LLC. 

Graytable Securities, LLC is a capital raising and advisory platform focused on helping private companies access growth capital and strategic financing solutions. The firm works with the owners and board of private organizations, partnering with sector-focused investment banks to deliver capital markets solutions. 

Prior to joining Graytable Securities, Mr. Mossy held senior leadership positions in corporate and investment banking, corporate finance, and consulting. His experience includes serving as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where he covered the Insurance Services industry and private equity M&A broadly. Prior to JPMorgan, he spent 8 years at Truist, leading coverage of middle-market Business Services companies. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting roles with Mercer, developing expertise in business strategy, analytics, and organizational management. 

Mr. Mossy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organization and Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. 

Mr. Mossy holds SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 registrations with FINRA.
